Before you register, please read the terms and conditions. You are considered to have read our terms and conditions once you have registered with us.

1.        Payment of RM300 is the registration fee into the Eilham Technopreneurs Development Programme for a duration of 12 months from the date of payment verification.

2.        The Eilham Technopreneurs Development Programme is a continuous education programme that provides mentoring and facilitation to subscribers in the form of online facilitation, face-to-face meetings and also educational literature and materials.

3.         Subscribers to the Eilham Technopreneurs Development Programme will also automatically be appointed as Executive Associate to Designel Media Sdn Bhd and Aspati Sdn Bhd. Executive Associates to Designel Media Sdn Bhd and Aspati Sdn Bhd will have the rights to represent the companies when venturing to secure businesses for the companies, and will have the privilege to consort with the companies own representatives on a project-to-project basis, for the duration in which their subscription is still active and has not expired.

4.         We have the right to amend, transfer, replace, add, or put any services from this programme into halt without giving any notice.

5.         You are required to register the correct information. Any false data i.e. e-mail and name will be blocked.

6.       Commissions will only eligible to be paid to any technopreneurs that has paid for our registration fee. The eligibility of this programme is for Malaysians and non Malaysians, as long as he/she have a reachable address and valid bank account in order for us to pay his/her commissions or bonuses. There is no age limit to subscribing as an Eilham Technopreneur, but individuals who are below 18 years of age should include a written letter of permission from his/her parent(s) or guardian(s) to us stating the parent(s) or guardian(s)'s consent of the individual under his/her/their care joining the Eilham Technopreneurs Development Programme.

7.         Subscribers’ personal data will be kept secret and will never be given or exposed in any mean to any party unless if it is for the use of Malaysian laws.

9.         You have the rights to advertise and to promote your website in order to grow your business. SPAMMING is strictly prohibited. We are not responsible for any lawful action taken as a result of any SPAMMING made by you.

10.     We definitely will take a legal action to any party who would label us as a Get-Rich-Quick scheme or "Skim Cepat Kaya", Pyramid Scheme, or anything which is related.

11.     By registering, you are deemed to accept any announcement, notifications, and latest news from us either through e-mail, phone call, sms or postal.

12.     Any statement that lead to any immoral act and try in any how to condemn this business without referring the administrator is prohibited. Your membership will be terminated if you do so. Any matters should be referred to us via our email,www.eilham.com/suppctr. Don’t forget to include your log in name as well as your name every time you communicate with us.

13.     Earnings from this programme will be dispersed to your registered bank and account number when it reaches the minimum limit, which is RM300. However, we have the rights to withhold any earnings if there is any dispute until the matter is resolved.

14.     We are not responsible for any loss, problems or any related matters as a result of joining the program.

15.     We have the rights to ban or terminate any subscription without giving any reasons.
